I don’t really know what to say (or at least, what to say that will sound coherent), because I was just starting to get used to having a cover, and now I have a book!
I can tell you one thing, though–this makes it all terribly, gloriously real!!!

Your cover is absolutely stunning. At SCBWI NYC, Ben Schrank described it during his breakout, and I was so intrigued I had to track it down. Exceeds my expectations. Can’t wait to read it!
That makes my day that Ben was talking about it at SCBWI! Did he mention how it was his concept? I went to NYC in November to meet people and he started drawing mock-ups on the whiteboard and I knew right then that he’d come up with something killer!

As far as ARCs go, I don’t have a publicist yet, but when I do, I’ll be able to forward blogger requests, and I’ll definitely be holding a contest or two before the book comes out!
I see that you’re in the UK, and while I don’t know Penguin’s policy as far as where they’ll ship, I’ll be sure to emulate what Maggie does with her contests, and make at least one prize eligible to overseas.
Congrats! The cover is so delightfully creepy. Can’t wait for the release!
