And I’ll be with Tess and Maggie!
Tomorrow night, we’ll be at The Loft in Minneapolis, talking about critique partners and group-blogging and writing books and—let’s be honest—probably whatever else we think of.
Here are the time-and-place details:
Friday, October 22nd, 7 p.m.
Merry Sisters of Fate at the Loft
Open Book, Suite 200
1011 Washington Avenue South
Minneapolis, MN
So, to everyone who’s going to be in Minneapolis for Kidlit Con (or because, you know, you live there), we look forward to seeing you!
I’m so envious of those who are going!! Have fun!
Okay, in retrospect, it was awesome and we definitely have to do it again!
Wow, that’s awesome. Congrats! I wish I could be there. Come to California!
It was so much fun, and now we totally have to do it again (maybe even in California . . .)
Boy, what I wouldn’t do for cheap public teleportation right now. I hope you guys have a blast!
I wasn’t sure how it would work out, us being ourselves—only with an audience. But it turned out well and we were even on good behavior (mostly)!
*trying to figure out a way to move to MN in the next seven hours*
Chance of success:0% :\
Have a fantasic time!
~P~
Thanks—it was a total blast! We’ll have to do more events in other locations :)
I wish I lived closer… :(
Have fun though. Hopefully at least one of you will have some sort of picture post of the event for those that missed it.
Maggie just posted a couple very nice pics—mostly courtesy of editor Andrew Karre, and we should be posting some more on the Merry Fates blog shortly!
THAT WAS SUCH A GREAT TALK!! I was telling that you three (in all your spare time, har har) should run a short story workshop. I might sell my dog to attend that. ;)
Don’t sell Brody—that would be sad! I’m glad you liked it! We had such a good time, but that by itself is not always the best gauge of success :)
